She learned from the source when she immersed herself in the Sattva Yoga Academy for four months under Master Teacher, Anand Mehrotra, in Rishikesh, India, long referred to as the birthplace of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Denise is certified in conflict resolution, nonviolent communication, is a licensed minister, Jin Shin Jyutsu Healing Practitioner, community dialogue trainer, and Sattva Yoga teacher.

She is a world traveler who has visited 24 countries, is a writer, artist, community builder, and professional speaker. 

Denise is authorized to teach Toltec Wisdom by Master Teacher and best selling author of "The Four Agreements," don Miguel Ruiz.

And before all that, she was the cofounder of the U.S. Division of a successful multinational consulting firm that she brought from zero to one million in sales in a couple of years.  Despite the worldly success she experienced, Denise felt called to do something more meaningful, and she did.  She shares from experience.
